Thank you for choosing Sunsara Organic Skin Care & Spa. We know you have a choice of spas, and we appreciate your business. Sunsara Skin Care & Spa operates by appointments only. We respect and value the time of our clients, so, we like your visit with us be sweet and pleasant, therefore, we ensure that our clients will be in and out of the salon in a timely manner. Unlike other spa and salons, you won’t be sitting around our waiting area, we are ready for you, when you step onto our salon.

Consultation:

We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve skincare goals.  We offer our new clients 15 minutes complimentary consultations before we start the facial treatment to better understand each individual’s skin care needs. Based on a private skin analysis and conversation, we will design a treatment plan that will best meet the expectations of the client. Booking: 

Please call us to reserve your desired services date and time (one or two weeks) in advance to ensure your first choice of available time. Valid credit card information is required to secure an appointment.

Arrival:

5-10 minutes prior to your treatment is requested, allowing ample time to check-in. Late arriving will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next  guest is not delayed. 

Cancellation and No Shows Policy:

Each appointment is specially reserved for your convenience. We confirm appointments so we can plan each day and schedule our clients most efficiently. Cancellations and no-shows impact us and other clients who may have wanted your time slot. We understand that life's unexpected occurrences do come up and sometimes you cannot plan for the unforeseen, but we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice before you cancel your appointment.

Any no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (other than covid or other similar flu-like symptoms) are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the service. We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for these reasons.

Gratuity:

Gratuity is not included in the cost of your spa treatment, but is greatly appreciated by your esthetician.

If you enjoyed your service, it is customary to leave gratuity based on the value of the treatment received. please leave gratuity in the form of a personal check or cash. An (20% gratuity) will be added to treatment package.

Quiet Environment:

To ensure the relaxation of our services, please "turn off your cell phone" during spa services.

 

Valuables:

We are not responsible for lost personal items and we encourage you to leave valuables at home.

Payment Methods: We accepts Personal Check, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Card.

***Please note: There will be a $39.00 fee for insufficient or declination funds.

***All our discounted packages of (3-6-8) treatments must be used during 5 weeks to three months from purchase date; otherwise clients will be charged the regular price.

***Please notify your Sunsara Spa consultant before your treatments if you have high blood pressure or allergies;     especially seafood allergies.

***Please advise us of other physical challenges you may have or if you are pregnant.

 

All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind.

 

 

 Sunsara Skin Care & Spa reserves the right to refuse services at our discretion.
