SunSara Spa Tips and Policy


Thank you for choosing SunSara European Skin Care Spa. We know you have a choice of spas, and we appreciate your business. The information below is intended to make your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Consultation -
We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their skincare goals. We offer our new clients complimentary consultations before we start the treatment, to better understand each individual’s skin care needs. Based on a private skin analysis and conversation, we will design a treatment plan that will best meet the expectations of the client.

Arrival 5- 10 minutes prior to your treatment is strongly requested, allowing ample time to check-in.  Late arriving will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Cancellation Policy: Each appointment is specially reserved for your convenience. We require a minimum of 24 hours for any treatment up to 60 minutes and 48 hours cancellations and/or rescheduling notice for all service (s) over one hour. Failure to cancel an appointment will result in charges due in full for scheduled service (s). There will be no exceptions to this Policy.


Gratuity: Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 18% in the form either cash or personal check.  An 18% Gratuity will be added to any Spa  Service (s), Package & Series of treatments. Please feel free to make adjustments to this amount based on your experience.

Quiet Environment: to ensure the relaxation of our clients, please turn off your cell phone during spa services.

Valuables: We are not responsible for lost personal items and we encourage you to leave valuables at home.

Reservations:
To make an appointment, please have your credit card ready; we will need the number to hold your reservation. This is a standard policy SunSara Spa has created as a courtesy to our other clients and our staff.

Payment Methods: SunSara Spa
accepts Personal check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Please note:
There will be a $39.00 non-refundable fee for insufficient or declination funds.

Makeup Returns policy: Due to Health Code Regulations, we will not honor opened/used Make-up and make-up Brushes for any exchange or salon credit.

***Please notify
your SunSara Spa Consultant before your treatments if you have high blood pressure or allergies; especially seafood allergies. Please advise us of other physical challenges you may have or if you are pregnant. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind.

Sunsara Spa reserve the right to reject and refuse business to anyone who violates our spa policy.
