Valerian Wrap Relaxation Treatment
This popular European Treatment utilizes a Valerian; it is often used as a mild sleep aid and anxiety reliever. Along with the calming effects of Chamomile and Lavender, this wrap treatment is a natural relaxer for the body and mind, the Oils will be directly applied to the body before you are wrapped in warm sheets or an Electric Heating Blanket.
